Group Yoga

Group yoga is practiced in a welcoming, non-judgemental space, with asanas (yoga postures); chosen to manage key cancer and recovery side effects. Combined with breathing, mindfulness and a sense of playfulness.

One to One Yoga

One to ones are provided based on your specific needs with a 6 week programme designed to support you with managing anxiety, trauma and burnout plus any physical symptoms and side effects.

Hi, I'm Suni 

I'm here to help you manage difficult things and feel more like you again.

I'm a yoga teacher, psychologist and therapist and have spent over 20 years helping people navigate the difficulties life can bring.

 

Yoga has been part of my life since my 20s - as has being active. It continues to help me manage my own mental health, peri-menopause and anxiety. 

I specialise in yoga that helps you be right here in the moment, breathe and feel more like yourself.
